NO Refunds! Exchange Only: We are keeping it real with you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry to hear that, however, please contact us with justification for an exchange only. You must notify us within 24 hrs. for an exchange only. If approved for an Exchange only you can select another size, item or store credit only!
All exchanges must be approved. Any denied or unauthorized return will be sent back to the customer. Returned items must be postmarked and shipped out within 3 calendar days of being received. Credits will not be issued for any items not approved for return. Buyer pays shipping for returns. You will be allowed one exchange per purchase. No worn or washed items will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. All sales are final on clearance items. NO Refund or Exchange on Intimate, Shoes or swim suits items. Once we have received and inspected your return, within five business days you will received a store credit or you may select an exchange item. We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not meet the requirements. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Once an order is placed due to liability issues, we are unable to change shipping address.
